1. GENERAL PURCHASE INFO
   All firearm purchases are processed directly through our website. Once you place an order, we will email you at the address provided during checkout to follow up regarding shipping and FFL information.

All sales are final. We will not cancel or disregard orders once they are placed.

Legal Requirements:

• Federal law requires that you be 21 years of age or older to purchase a handgun, frame, or receiver.
• To purchase a shotgun or rifle, you must be 18 years of age or older. (18 U.S.C. Section 922(b)(1)).
• Please check your local laws for specific restrictions before ordering.

Condition & Liability:

• Firearms have not been test-fired. All guns are sold AS IS.
• There are NO REFUNDS on any firearm purchase.
• We have a gunsmith who performs a basic function test and a light cleaning, but they do not troubleshoot or diagnose specific issues. If any work has been done prior to the listing, or if any issues are noted, it will be disclosed in the product description.
• We make every attempt to accurately photograph and describe each firearm. We generally will not take apart any firearm unless to show matching numbers in the case of military surplus items.

Eligibility:
Make sure you are able to legally own firearms! Any denial of transfer will result in a 20% restocking fee, plus return shipping charges. If you cannot pass a background check, or live in a ban state like CA or MA, please do not place an order.

2. PAYMENT
   Once your order is placed, we will contact you via email to finalize details.

• Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards.
• Layaway: Available on items over $500.00 (see Section 5 below).
• Money Orders: Accepted (see details below).
• Deadlines: A copy of the receiving FFL is due within 5 days of the order date. Payment is due within 7 days of the order date.
• Restrictions: We do not accept personal checks, PayPal, or cash (unless in-store).

Fees & Taxes:

• Credit Card Fee: Sale prices reflect a 3% cash/money order discount. This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Please add 3% to the total cost for credit card transactions.
• Sales Tax: Any purchases made in the state of Nevada will incur an 8.75% sales tax.
• Cancellations: Order cancellation results in a 20% restocking fee based on the purchase price.

FAILURE TO PAY
If you do not pay for your item within the allotted time, we will cancel your order. Failure to complete a transaction may result in a permanent ban from ordering on our site. If you cannot complete the transaction and must cancel, you as the buyer are responsible for all associated fees. These include, but are not limited to, a 20% restocking fee, administrative fees, taxes, and shipping/rerouting charges.

3. FFL (FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE)
   We accept 01 and 03 FFLs.

• The FFL license for shipping must be received within 5 days.
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring that a copy of their dealer’s FFL is emailed to: johnsvegaspawnandgun@gmail.com.
• Please include your Order Number and a copy of your ID if applicable.
• C&R Licenses: You must contact us before purchasing to use a C&R license. Allow 2-3 business days for processing once payment & FFL are received.

4. SHIPPING
   We ship to most states via UPS and USPS.

• RESTRICTIONS: We DO NOT ship to California (CA) or Massachusetts (MA).
• Methods: Handguns must travel via Air. Long guns and other items can go via Ground or Air.
• Tracking: We will provide tracking numbers for all transactions.
• Estimates: If you need a shipping estimate, please contact us with your ZIP code and requested add-ons (signature, insurance, etc.).
• Insurance: Shipping insurance is not required but is highly recommended for high-value items or ground shipments. If you decline insurance, you accept full responsibility for the item. Returns or refunds for damages during shipping will not be covered if insurance is not purchased.

Shipping Rules:

• Credit Cards: Store policy is to ship to the billing address of the card (if eligible) or the FFL address.
• Money Orders: We can ship to wherever is legal.
• Signatures: Some home deliveries may require a signature; an extra charge applies.
• Rerouting: If your shipment must be rerouted (e.g., FFL closure, changed location), the customer is responsible for all rerouting fees plus a $25 service charge. Please verify your FFL is open and accepting shipments prior to ordering.
• Invalid Locations: If you attempt to buy a firearm and have it sent to a location we do not ship to (CA or MA), you are responsible for all cancellation fees, including a 20% restocking fee, bank refund charges, and any shipping costs incurred.

5. LAYAWAY
   We offer a limited-term layaway option for items over $500.00.

• Terms: Choice of 60 or 90 days.
• Payment Methods: You can use your Credit Card over the phone for layaway payments. We do not accept money orders for layaways.
• Process: To set up a layaway, you must call or email us directly.
• Down Payment: A 30% down payment is required.
• Completion: Total payment must be made before the end of the layaway term. There are no reminders sent for layaway payments.
• Forfeiture: If payment is not received by the end of the term, the layaway is forfeited, and all deposits are lost.
• Cancellation: Layaway payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. A 20% restocking fee applies to any canceled layaway in addition to the forfeiture of deposit funds. The firearm will ship once paid in full.
